• Designing, Estimation, Supply, Supervision and Testing Commissioning of Fire alarm system
• Consultant & KFSD Approvals for Material and Shop Drawings
• Preparing the shop drawings in AUTOCAD for the consultant, KFSD and As-built drawing for the client and end-user
• Color Graphic Software complete installation, graphic design will be done by the ASC team.
• Electro-mechanical coordination of Flow switch, Motorized Damper, Smoke fans, and AHU Interlock
• Elevator primary and secondary recall coordination
• Gateway integration with IFMS, IBMS, and BAS
• We keep records of KFSD approved drawings soft and hard copy for future reference and maintenance works
• Addressing, Labelling and Termination of fire alarm devices during testing commissioning
• Preventive maintenance services for Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly and Annually including the cleaning of smoke detector and carrying out periodical visual inspection as per NFPA 72 and KFSD norms

• Dedicated fire alarm technician team for Projects and Maintenance works respectively
• Onboard NFPA certified and KFD certified Engineers for technical support
